How We Obtain Consent

  • An automated message plays at the start of every inbound call notifying the caller of possible recording
  • The caller is informed they may request the call not be recorded
  • By remaining on the line, the caller provides implied consent
  • If a caller verbally requests no recording, we honor that request immediately
05

Your Right to Opt Out

Simply tell our technician at the start of the call: "Please do not record this call." Your request is honored immediately. Opting out does not affect the quality or availability of your service in any way.
