  • Setup not completed: If we cannot complete your setup, you owe nothing for that service attempt
  • Partial completion: If only part of your setup was completed, we offer a prorated refund or a free follow-up session
  • Issue recurrence: If the same issue recurs within 7 days of service, we resolve it at no additional charge

  • Services successfully completed as agreed upon
  • Issues arising from customer-side changes made after service completion
  • Hardware failures diagnosed as beyond remote resolution scope
