Agreement to Terms

By calling StreamFix Pro, using our website at streamfixpro.com, or engaging our home entertainment setup services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and StreamFix Pro ("we," "us," or "our").

StreamFix Pro provides independent, third-party home entertainment setup and installation services including:

• Streaming device setup and configuration (Firestick, Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.)
• Smart TV setup, network connection, and app configuration
• Home WiFi and network optimization for streaming
• Home theater system setup and audio/video configuration
• Remote software configuration and settings optimization
• Device software update assistance

We do not manage streaming platform accounts, subscriptions, billing, or content-related matters.

StreamFix Pro is an independent, third-party home entertainment setup company. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any streaming platform or device manufacturer. All trademarks referenced are property of their respective owners. References to brands are solely to describe device compatibility.

Payment Terms

Service fees are clearly disclosed before any paid service is rendered. A free initial consultation is always offered. By proceeding with paid services, you agree to the stated fee. Payment is required upon service completion. All fees are in US Dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Remote Access Authorization

For certain setups, technicians may request temporary remote access to your device. By granting access you:

• Authorize our technician to access only the device and settings needed for your setup
• Acknowledge sessions are conducted with your explicit, real-time consent
• Understand you can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from the session
• Confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the device

We use industry-standard encrypted remote access tools. We will never request access to financial accounts or personal document files.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMFIX PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
